Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Note: Some types of products, such as digital books (eBooks) or customized items, are non-returnable.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Opened or used books

  • Personalized or special-order items


3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Important:
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through EZXCITY.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, with clear photos showing the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
