1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
- Returns for customized or final sale items are not accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
- The item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the item is returned damaged, used, or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
5. Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
- For size or style exchanges, customers must return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
