1. Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Returns for customized or final sale items are not accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support at contact@ezxcity.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
  • The item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the item is returned damaged, used, or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
  • For size or style exchanges, customers must return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
