  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Promotional discounts, sales, and coupon codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • EZXCITY reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

3. Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
  • Payments must be completed at checkout; we do not offer cash on delivery (COD).
  • If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours.
  • If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product.

5. Shipping & Delivery

8. Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
